The CamPower LiFePO4 is an entirely different animal. They last 4-6 times longer. LiFePO4 are bio-degradable and contain no hazardous materials. Lithiums contain metallic lithium, and cathode materials such as nickel, manganese and cobalt. LiFePO4s are way less likey to overheat and start a fire. Their operating temperature range is -4F to 140F vs 32F to 113F for lithiums. LiFePO4 can discharge to 80% without a voltage drop which would damage the battery and camera.
